Britain, 1947. Belts are tightened and the only bright spark on the horizon is the marriage of Princess Elizabeth and Prince Philip. Enter Betty, an adorable pig, being reared illegally so that dignitaries can celebrate the Royal Wedding with a lavish feast. Based on the film A Private Function and brought to life by Trinity Laban Musical Theatre students, Betty Blue Eyes is a musical comedy like no other and a true theatrical treat.Stratford Circus Arts Centre, London.
